The second #ParentingwithPAIN chat took place in twitter, in #NEISVoid on April 10 and this time there were a lot more parents with chronic pain (and even some caregivers) who joined this lovely community. We discussed about three different topics and I’m summarising the answers/ideas given to the second (and most answered) question: What are some low spoon activities that you do with your kids?
I’ve tried to categorise them based on the spoon levels (rather than age-based). Of course, the description of what constitutes medium-high spoons would differ from one person to another but I think we can get the gist in general. 🙂 I really hope that you find this helpful! Please comment with any activity or idea you have that can be tried – low spoon activities are especially appreciated!
